Russell did a great job, offering me various options for dates and stays at the resort I wanted to visit. He also provided several suggestions that might suit me well. Nothing was too much trouble. He was quick to reply to questions and provided updates where I needed them. I am looking forward to booking again.

Russ was great throughout; he looked for different hotel options for us, then assisted through the booking process, keeping us informed right up until we were ready to go on our holiday. I would definitely recommend using Russ to book your holiday. What can I say? Another holiday booked with the amazing and very patient Hayley. This time, the booking was for my daughter's hen do in 2024. Hayley was helpful with the destinations, advice on tour operators, and bookings for a hen party. I had not realised that certain operators and hotels do not allow hen or stag parties. She has also gone the extra mile by checking additional information for us.
