Russell Thompson from Sheffield looked after me from Destinations Desired. Whilst on holiday there was a problem with air traffic control on the return flight and very long delays. Russell sent me messages and kept me better informed than Jet2. He really cared and that is fantastic service in these automated days. I will definitely use this company again although Jet2 might not be my first choice anymore.

Hayley was helpful with the destinations, advice on tour operators, when booking for a hen party. I had not realised certain operators and hotels won’t allow hen or stag parties.
